CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you.  Occasionally, unforeseen mechanical problems may occur, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We will make every effort to notify you prior to your arrival to the office. Please be understanding as it is never our intention to cause our clients any inconvenience.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time for clients on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how busy our clients are.  Cancellations less than 48 hours will be subject to a fee.

COMMUNICATION - We send you direct (not automated) non-promotional text messages regarding your appointments. If at any time you wish these messages to stop, please notify the front desk by either texting back STOP or calling.

CHILDREN’S POLICY - For their safety, children may not enter the treatment areas at any time. For their protection, children are only permitted in the waiting area while accompanied by another adult.  We appreciate your understanding!

PETS - For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you not bring pets into the salon. We understand that service animals are not pets, and are the only exception to the rule

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any service or product

LASER TECH REQUESTS - Due to the nature of scheduling and the way we run our practice, we cannot guarantee the request for a particular laser technician

RIGHTS - We reserve the right to refuse service

PRIVACY STATEMENT

When you provide Simply Skin Las Vegas ("SSLV") with information through the Simply Skin Las Vegas web site (the "Site"), we respect your privacy. It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Your visit to the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this Privacy Policy governs only information provided to the Site and communications from SSLV through the Site. If you prefer not to receive such Opt-In Emails, please do not opt-in to receive these emails. If you do opt-in and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these emails, see Section 13 (Choice/Opt-Out) below. You may receive the benefit of hearing from SSLV Online via mail or phone even if you have not opted-in to receive email.

If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order.
